This vegan, gluten-free, chocolate avocado cake is divine. I made it on Tuesday when I had the day off. Of course, because I had the day off it was pouring with rain but I didn’t mind, it gave me a good excuse to curl up indoors with a good book and a slice of something gooey. The raspberries aren’t part of the recipe but they gave it a great colour and a delicious zing.
